Upper Scioto Valley Middle School in Mc Guffey, OH, is a small public school serving grades 7–8 with 54 students in the Upper Scioto Valley Local district, which ranks 517 of 773 Ohio districts. The school currently ranks 697 of 1,046 Ohio middle schools (33rd percentile, 2 stars), down from the 44th percentile in 2024–25 and 2022–23 but still within its decade-long range of the 29th to 50th percentile.
