The school has made a notable recent recovery: its statewide ranking rose from the bottom fifth of New Hampshire middle schools in 2023–24 to 59th out of 138 schools, or the 57th percentile, in 2025–26. It now ranks second among the nearby schools reviewed, just behind South Meadow School.
