Monadnock Regional School District includes seven schools serving about 1,597 students from elementary through high school in the Monadnock area. The district has five elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school. Overall, its SchoolDigger ranking places it near the lower end of New Hampshire districts, although results differ substantially from school to school. Families should also note that Mt. Caesar Elementary School has no reported test scores in the supplied data, making comparisons incomplete.

Troy Elementary School is the clearest elementary standout. It has the district’s strongest overall mathematics and reading results among schools with available data and showed major ranking improvement over three years. Gilsum STEAM Academy, the smallest school, has the district’s highest reading proficiency and the largest recent gains in both reading and mathematics, though small class sizes can make percentages change quickly.
