Slover Mountain High (Continuation) in Bloomington, CA, serves grades 9–12 and has 231 students. In 2025–26, about 51% of students were chronically absent, compared with 21% in Colton Joint Unified and 18% statewide; the school’s 75% graduation rate and 16% dropout rate also lagged district and state figures. The central concern is that very low test proficiency coincides with serious attendance and school-completion challenges.

Test results are weak compared with nearby schools, the district and the state. In 2025–26, about 8% of students were proficient in English language arts, 4% in math and 3% in science.
