North Kitsap High School is a public grades 9–12 school in Poulsbo on Washington’s Kitsap Peninsula, serving 1,098 students in the North Kitsap School District. It is one of the area’s stronger comprehensive high schools, ranking 42nd out of 396 Washington schools, in the 89th percentile, with a four-star rating. The school’s ranking has improved from the 76th percentile in 2021–22, suggesting recent progress rather than simply steady performance.

North Kitsap’s strongest results are in English language arts, science, and graduation. In 2025–26, 80.95% of students were proficient in ELA and 74.15% were proficient in science, both well above state and district results. The 2024–25 graduation rate was 93.2%, compared with 82.6% statewide, while the dropout rate was only 3.6%.
