Bremerton High School is a public grades 9–12 school in Bremerton, Washington, serving about 1,263 students in the Kitsap-area community. It is part of the Bremerton School District and has a larger enrollment and higher student needs than most nearby high schools. About 55.9% of students qualified for free or reduced-price lunch in 2024–25, and the student-teacher ratio was 21.1 to 1.

The school’s overall standing has improved meaningfully, rising from the 14th percentile in 2022–23 to the 41st percentile in 2025–26, although it still trails nearby comprehensive schools such as Klahowya Secondary, Central Kitsap High School, Olympic High School, and South Kitsap High School. English Language Arts is a clear strength: 56.1% of students were proficient in 2025–26, above both the state rate of 52.81% and the district rate of 37.57%. ELA results have improved steadily over the past several years.
