Located about 1.3 to 7 miles from several nearby alternative schools, it offers a comparatively broad K–9 setting. Early Light’s strongest area is science: about 61% of students in grades 4–8 were proficient in 2025–26, compared with about 53% statewide. Teachers are so nice and connect with the students well. My student has learned so much in the past 3 years and we've seen a great increase in GPA and performance. She has had no problems making friends and she is even acting better at home. She is really into drama and Choir and the arts program there is great! Especially their theatre department! I love ELA!
