Open Quote I have had several conversations with my Daughter about my grands education and at times I am shocked at what she is telling me I have included the following substance of her comments. ( I find that the staff is not attentive to any concerns of the parent. my children are at times talked to in demeaning ways. My child cannot ask questions without being verbally talked down too. I have asked questions and was lied to and when I address the issue the staff voice there concerns to my child). This is not Education. I would like to know if there is a government body other than the school board of this school which by the way is the owners. Close Quote

Open Quote I have three children who attend and this school is a gem. We could not be more pleased. My kids are thriving here. There is a strong character education focus, focus on academics and growing their programming. My oldest graduates high school this year and will graduate with 55 credit hours of college dual enrollment credits. My oldest has been accepted into every college they applied for so far snd best of all due to foundation this school has provided will be prepared for the next phase of life. I highly recommend this school. Close Quote

Open Quote Our children have been here since MID’s transition to a public charter school. The smaller size gives it a caring family feel. We love the diversity that is lacking at most other Charlotte schools. They have an amazing dance program, and a dual-enrollment program with Belmont Abbey College. This school has a ton of potential and will only keep getting better and better. I do wish they had more transportation options and a deeper sports program, but they’ve got a ton of heart to make up for it. Don’t overlook this school as a great option. Close Quote

Open Quote The school is a poor environment for those who place a high value on academics. Administration is disorganized and gives the impression that they want to maintain the atmosphere that existed as a private Christian school. There is an obvious bias toward legacy students. Sports are not competitive at all. Close Quote
