Open Quote I truly cannot overstate what an incredible school Endeavor Charter School is. I have three children enrolled, and our experience has been nothing short of exceptional in every way. The staff is completely all-in—caring, thoughtful, and deeply engaged—and my children genuinely love going to school because they feel valued, supported, and academically challenged. From teachers and counselors to office and lunch staff, all the way up to the directors, Endeavor is a community that truly feels like a family.

Each day, I know that when my children walk through the doors, they are not only safe and cared for, but also receiving a rigorous, high-quality education that pushes them to think critically, work hard, and grow both as scholars and as people. Beyond the excellent academic foundation, Endeavor offers a wide range of enrichment opportunities, including robust electives in middle school, as well as athletics, clubs, and competitive teams that allow students to explore their interests and strengths.

Endeavor Charter School is truly a gem. I am incredibly grateful that our family was fortunate enough to earn a spot, and I am confident that my children will leave Endeavor exceptionally well prepared for whatever educational paths and life experiences await them after graduation. Close Quote

Open Quote Endeavor is a success due to the hardworking teachers and the volunteer parents who dedicate themselves to making the school a success. I am grateful to the dedication of both as a parent to two children at the school. Close Quote

Open Quote This is my son's first year at Endeavor. I had heard many good things about the school, and had applied via the lottery for several years (for two of my children) without success. We were thrilled when my youngest, a second grader, got in, and we have not been disappointed. The teacher/child ratio is low, and allows the teachers to really focus on the needs of the children. All staff members I have had contact with have been involved and helpful, and seem to truly care about the future of these students. Teacher and parent involvement in extracurricular and fund-raising events has been exceptional. Within the classroom, the children are often engaged in hands-on activities that allow them to learn the curriculum in a different manner than a traditional classroom set-up. They perform science experiments 3-4 days a week, and I have been amazed at the conversations I have with my son about topics he is learning. I can tell he is gaining a deeper understanding of the subject than I ever noticed with my older children at this age. Field trips are an important part of the curriculum at Endeavor, and on average, classes experience two field trips each nine-week period. Fine arts is a big focus as well, and students have art, music and drama classes once a week.

When looking for alternative educational options for my children, I pored over many charter and magnet school websites. I visited several of the schools. I was most impressed with Endeavor's philosophy of experiential learning, and their core belief that all children deserve an excellent well-rounded education that includes community service, public speaking and character education as well as solid academics. We feel very fortunate to be a part of this community. Close Quote
