Carlos Pacheco consistently ranks in the bottom quarter of Massachusetts elementary schools, with its students performing significantly below the state and district averages on MCAS Next Generation assessments. Open Quote My son went here for kindergarten and never will I send a child here again. The teacher was mean and would call me in for parent teacher meetings because my son did not know how to tie his shoes...really? I spoke with the principle about the teacher and she did nothing about it. Close Quote
