Broadview Middle School is a large public middle school in Danbury, CT, serving 1,070 students in grades 6–8 as part of the Danbury School District. The school has also demonstrated the ability to serve high-need students well: in 2020–2021, Broadview ranked first statewide for English Language Learner outcomes. However, those strong results have not yet spread across all student groups, and recent subgroup rankings remain low. For parents, the bottom line is that Broadview is working to improve, and attendance is moving in the right direction — but academic achievement, especially in math, remains the school's clearest priority, and the gap with Westside suggests there is significant room for growth.
