Midfield High School is a small public high school in Midfield, AL, serving 327 students in grades 9-12 within the Midfield City district.

One of the most striking things about Midfield is that students consistently show up, but test scores remain very low. The school's chronic absenteeism rate is just 6.1%—far better than nearby Alabama Aerospace and Aviation High School (31.1%) and Parker High School (28.0%).
