Fort Atkinson High is a 9–12 comprehensive high school in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, serving 816 students as the only high school in the Fort Atkinson School District.

For 2025–2026, Fort Atkinson High ranked 253rd of 533 Wisconsin high schools (53rd percentile, 3 stars) — a solidly average result. The recent trend matters more: the school peaked at the 74th percentile (4 stars) in 2023–2024, fell to the 42nd percentile in 2024–2025, and has partly recovered.
