Milford Senior High School in Milford, Ohio, is a large public high school in the Cincinnati area serving grades 9–12 with 1,814 students as part of the Milford Exempted Village district. The school ranks 157th of 795 Ohio high schools for 2025–2026, placing it in the 80th percentile with 4 stars, and its 96.9% graduation rate is consistently strong. It has improved from the 60s–70s percentile range in the late 2010s to the 80th–85th percentile recently, though it has cooled slightly from its 2022–2023 peak.

Academically, Milford is above the state in every core End-of-Course subject. Its strongest results are American History at 90.3% and American Government at 85.9%, followed by English II at 81.5% and Biology at 81.4%. The clearest gap is Algebra I at 68.2%, 14 percentage points below its own district, while Geometry at 58.9% is also below district but still above state. Compared with nearby schools, Milford generally outperforms West Clermont High School, Clermont Northeastern High School, and Goshen High School, but trails higher-performing neighbors such as Mariemont High School, Madeira High School, Sycamore High School, and Loveland High School in most subjects.
