Boyd E Smith Elementary School is a K–5 school serving 453 students in Milford, Ohio, part of the Milford Exempted Village district and located within a few miles of five other Milford elementaries, plus Goshen Local and Loveland City schools. Its defining strength is consistency: ten straight years of state rankings put it in the top 11% of Ohio elementary schools. In 2025–2026 it ranked 169th of 1,560 schools (89th percentile, 4 stars) — still strong, but its lowest finish since 2021–2022.
