Milford Middle School is a 6–8 school in Milford, Ohio — a Clermont County community roughly 15–20 miles east of Cincinnati — serving 978 students as part of the Milford Exempted Village district, and in 2025–2026 it ranked 149th of 1,046 Ohio middle schools, the 86th percentile at 4 stars, the highest position in its ten-year history after sitting at the 66th percentile in 2018–2019.

Academically, students score far above the state average in nearly every tested area: 85.2% proficient in 8th-grade math, 86.6% in 8th-grade science, and 79.7% in 8th-grade English language arts, against state figures of 52.0%, 61.2% and 58.3%. The exception is 7th-grade math, at 50.9% against a state mark of 48.6% — essentially average, and unchanged for four straight years.
