Northern Granville Middle is a public middle school in Oxford, NC, serving 495 students in grades 6–8 as part of Granville County Schools. The school currently ranks 705th out of 778 North Carolina middle schools, placing it in the bottom 10% statewide. On state end-of-grade exams, average math proficiency is about 34% and reading about 31% — both well below district and state averages — though 8th-grade science is a relative bright spot at 46.4% proficiency.
