As you review the school rankings data, please be aware that some of the information from certain demographics is missing. The reason for this omission is that the data has been redacted from the source data itself due to low population samples in these specific demographic groups.

Redacting data from low population samples is a necessary step to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the results, as small sample sizes may not be representative of the broader population. Additionally, this measure helps protect the privacy of individuals belonging to these demographic groups.

Open Quote This is one of the out of ordinary schools. Staffs assumed what they known and stood their ground. They were shock when we proved that their point wrong. They are like a frog in the bottom of a well. They are old school. They should have kept their minds open to the 21st century.

Let say they thought that 2 + 5 = 7. This doesn't mean that 7 = 2 + 5. Wouldn't you parent agree? Seven can equals 1 + 6 (7 = 1 + 6) or (10 - 3)

They could have done it better, but the matter is that whether they are willing to make a change or not. Close Quote

Open Quote as of now my daughter goes to this school she says it sucks my son says it sucks and even the teachers said they have better things to do than to teach at this crappy school with an abundance of bad children. My daughter deserves better than the poor education that she is receiving, especially because of her teacher's careless and free for all attitude. We are fed up with the way this school works ,and how the teachers attitude affects my children's educational value ,and they don't use the statistics of life only for educational purposes. I for one think Wedgewood elementary is a horrible school compared to the rest of the E.B.R schools systems ,and my daughter and son agree.the sooner they can get out the better, my children are currently enrolled in mckinley middle magnet school. i am so proud of their endurance and precision. About Students eligible for discounted/free lunch:

The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) provides low-cost or free meals to students in U.S. public and nonprofit private schools based on household income. Those with incomes below 130% of the poverty line receive free lunch, while those between 130% and 185% qualify for reduced-price lunch. The percentage of students receiving free or reduced-price lunch serves as a marker for poverty, as it reflects the socioeconomic status of families in a given school or district. A higher FRPL rate typically indicates a higher concentration of low-income families, suggesting that the school or district may face additional challenges in providing adequate resources and support for student success.

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
