As you review the school rankings data, please be aware that some of the information from certain demographics is missing. The reason for this omission is that the data has been redacted from the source data itself due to low population samples in these specific demographic groups.

Redacting data from low population samples is a necessary step to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the results, as small sample sizes may not be representative of the broader population. Additionally, this measure helps protect the privacy of individuals belonging to these demographic groups.

Open Quote This school is extremely well organized. There are a very high number of English Language Learners from Non-English speaking families, so standardized testing may be skewed lower than what would be expected due to many first and second year language learners. Close Quote

Open Quote This school is horrible. I took my daughter(grade k) out to homeschool, which broke my heart being that she is so social. She will be going to a different school next year. Her teacher was great, however the staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. Many times she was sent home sick or hurt without any phone calls. Every time I spoke with the administration, they were rude. When I pulled her out to homeschool the principal threatened me with calling the authorities on me with truency all becuase she didnt understand how the process worked. While I was waiting to meet with her another mom was in there to talk about her son being bullied at which point the principal refused to speak with her at that time "because she didnt want to fight in front of the child" The mother was not fighting or even rude. She just wanted to talk. Also, at ceremonies it became chaotic at the end because they didn't discipline the kids. Another thing, when one of the kinder teachers quit, they split up the kids adding more students and more stress to the existing k teachers just because the principal "felt they were doing good and could handle it." About Students eligible for discounted/free lunch:

The National School Lunch Program (NSLP) provides low-cost or free meals to students in U.S. public and nonprofit private schools based on household income. Those with incomes below 130% of the poverty line receive free lunch, while those between 130% and 185% qualify for reduced-price lunch. The percentage of students receiving free or reduced-price lunch serves as a marker for poverty, as it reflects the socioeconomic status of families in a given school or district. A higher FRPL rate typically indicates a higher concentration of low-income families, suggesting that the school or district may face additional challenges in providing adequate resources and support for student success.

About Student-Teacher Ratio

Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
