Middle Schools in Spring Hill

The Spring Hill area of Kansas is home to three middle schools, each with its own unique performance profile. Woodland Spring Middle School and Forest Spring Middle School stand out as the top-performing institutions, consistently ranking among the best in the state and earning 5-star ratings from SchoolDigger. In contrast, Spring Hill Middle School lags behind its peers in academic achievement.

Woodland Spring Middle School and Forest Spring Middle School excel in key metrics such as English Language Arts, Mathematics, and Science proficiency rates, significantly outperforming the Spring Hill and Kansas state averages. For instance, in the 2024-2025 school year, Woodland Spring had 65.75% of students proficient or better in ELA, compared to 56.32% in Spring Hill and 44.47% statewide. Similarly, Forest Spring Middle School boasted impressive proficiency rates of 65.97% in ELA and 62.23% in Math.
