In Moreno Valley, California, Chaparral Hills Elementary is a K–5 school in Moreno Valley Unified serving 547 students. Its most important challenge is that 2025–2026 proficiency was below state levels in English, math, and science, with English results particularly weak among nearby schools: 25% of students were proficient, compared with a nearby-school average of 35%.
