Michael Anderson consistently ranks in the bottom half of Arizona elementary schools, with a ranking between 669-851 out of over 1,000 schools in recent years. The school's performance for various student subgroups, such as English Language Learners and Special Education students, is particularly low, ranking in the bottom 25% of Arizona schools. Open Quote This school is one of kind. I am a certified teacher now but I student taught at this school. I have yet to find a school as incredible as this one. The staff are dedicated, positive, and devoted to their students and school. The principal, Dr. Randy Watkins, is supportive and enthusiastic about his school. The belief of success he holds in his staff and students affect the atmosphere of the school and it spurs all to try their best. You can feel it as soon as you enter the school. They dream big and work hard. Close Quote
