Lena High is a small public high school in Lena, WI, serving about 124 students in grades 9–12 as part of the Lena School District in a rural area with a relatively low free/reduced lunch rate. The school is in the middle of a recent turnaround: after ranking in the 33rd percentile in 2024–2025, it rose to the 51st percentile (3 stars) in 2025–2026, its best showing since 2014–2015.
