Allen Elementary in Bow, Washington, serves 386 students in kindergarten through fifth grade in the rural Skagit Valley area. The school is part of the Burlington-Edison School District, which ranks in the 24th percentile statewide. Allen itself ranked 1,093rd out of 1,138 Washington elementary schools in 2025–2026, placing it in the 4th percentile. This reflects a long-standing pattern: the school has generally ranked between the 1st and 8th percentiles since 2015–2016.
