Centennial Middle is a large public school serving grades 7–8 in Provo, Utah, with 1,073 students in the Provo District, located near neighborhoods and communities in Provo, Orem, Pleasant Grove, Springville, Spanish Fork, and Mapleton.

Centennial is one of the stronger nearby schools, ranking 68th out of 217 Utah schools, or about the 69th percentile, in 2025–26. Its English Language Arts results are a standout: 54.4% of seventh graders and 55.0% of eighth graders were proficient, above both district and state rates. Science performance was also above district and state levels in both grades. Centennial compares especially favorably with Shoreline Middle School, another Provo District school, with notably higher ELA, math, and science proficiency.
