Open Quote Hayden Peak has developed into a wonderful school full of enriching academic and extracurricular activities that has helped our son grow into a well rounded individual. He is above two grade levels for math and reading. This was always the case, they have programs to work with struggling children and they are very effective! If there is a problem, Mrs. Riddle is quick to find a fair solution for all involved! Every teacher we have had since kindergarten has been phenominal except one and that was remedied by changing teachers. The parent involvement is very high which helps Hayden Peak be so successful! Test scores are average or above average. Only issues I have is I wish gym, art and computers were a daily class instead of weekly. However that is the norm across all public schools unfortunately! About Student-Teacher Ratio
Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
