Rowe Middle School in Milwaukie, Oregon, is a grades 6–8 school serving 747 students in North Clackamas School District 12, in a Portland-area community where about 59% of students qualified for free or reduced lunch in 2024–2025.

Rowe ranks 252nd of 371 Oregon schools in 2025–2026 (32nd percentile, 2 stars), below its district’s 48th of 141 (66th percentile) and below state averages. The school has improved from the 11th percentile in 2021–2022. In 2025–2026, all-grade proficiency was 35.9% in English language arts, 22.4% in math, and 23.4% in science, compared with district rates of 44.8%, 32.9%, and 29.4% and state rates of 43.8%, 32.9%, and 30.6%. Math and 7th grade are the clearest weak spots: 7th grade math was 20.2% and 7th grade ELA was 31.5%.
