Clackamas, Oregon has six schools serving grades K–12: two elementary, one middle, one high school, and two alternative programs, enrolling about 3,661 students in total. Five of them are part of North Clackamas School District 12, which ranks 48th of 141 Oregon districts (66th percentile, 3 stars). The sixth, LEEP (Life Enrichment Education Program), belongs to Clackamas Education Service District and reports almost no performance or operational data. Test scores below are 2025-2026 OSAS proficiency rates; attendance, graduation, spending, and staffing figures are mostly from 2024-2025.

Oregon Trail Elementary School stands out as the strongest traditional elementary: ELA 57.4% and math 42.6%, both well above district and state, with chronic absenteeism of just 19.4%. Clackamas Web Academy is the most unusual profile — the highest all-grade ELA (53.4%) and science (45.4%) in the list and by far the lowest absenteeism (8.1%), yet the weakest math (28.7%) and a graduation rate of 80.6%, below district and state. Clackamas High School posts the best graduation rate at 94.4% and solid 11th-grade math and science, but 11th-grade ELA (44.2%) trails district and state.

Rock Creek Middle School is improving, climbing from the 48th to the 64th percentile and from 2 to 3 stars, with 7th-grade ELA at 54.7% and 7th-grade math at 40.0%. Sunnyside Elementary School is more mixed: math overall is above district and state, but 5th-grade math is only 12.9%, far below district and state, and 5th-grade ELA and science also lag. Oregon Trail and Sunnyside serve nearly identical free/reduced-lunch populations and have similar class sizes, yet differ sharply in outcomes — evidence that school-level factors matter. LEEP cannot be meaningfully evaluated on this data.
