Lakeridge High School is a public high school in Lake Oswego, Oregon, serving about 1,241 students in grades 9–12 as part of Lake Oswego School District 7J, a district ranked 2nd of 141 statewide. Lakeridge itself ranks 8th of 271 Oregon high schools in 2025–2026, placing it in the top 3% of the state, on the strength of high graduation rates, test proficiency well above state averages, and low economic disadvantage, with 12.17% of students eligible for free or reduced-price lunch.

Compared with nearby schools, Lakeridge's results are near-elite. Its ELA proficiency of 78.3% is nearly identical to Lake Oswego High School's 78.2% and far above the state's 43.8%. Math proficiency of 53.0% is essentially tied with Lake Oswego High (53.3%) and Riverdale High School (51.6%), and well above the state's 32.9%. Science is where Lakeridge stands out within its own district: 58.4% proficiency versus Lake Oswego High's 49.7%. Riverdale High School ranks higher overall (4th) with 87.1% science proficiency and a 100% graduation rate, but it is a much smaller school with a 9.4 student-teacher ratio and much higher per-student spending. Lakeridge spends $20,958 per student at a 17.8 student-teacher ratio — strong outcomes at larger scale and more moderate cost.

Two areas are worth watching. Lakeridge graduates 95.2% of students, above the state's 83.0% but below its district's 96.6% and Lake Oswego High's 98.3%, and its chronic absenteeism of 25.6% is better than the state's 33.5% but above the district's 18.1%. Subgroup performance is mostly excellent, with top-5 statewide rankings for several groups, but Special Education fell to 57th of 93 in 2025–2026 from 3rd of 94 the prior year, and low-income results have also shifted between years — suggesting year-to-year volatility rather than a fixed pattern.
