Edgerton Elementary School is a small, rural K–6 school with 251 students located at 111 E River St in Edgerton, Ohio, serving as the only tested elementary building in the Edgerton Local district in the state's northwest corner.

For 2025–26, the school ranks 201st of 1,560 Ohio schools — the 87th percentile, with 4 stars — and it has scored above the state average in all 36 grade-and-subject test records over the past four years. Math and science are clear strengths: 5th-grade math proficiency was 92.1 versus 59.1 statewide, 6th-grade math 89.7 versus 56.2, and 5th-grade science 94.7 versus 62.7, the top science score among nine nearby schools.
