Finneytown Secondary Campus - Middle and High School is a combined 7–12 school in Cincinnati, OH, serving 501 students in the Finneytown Local district, where 72.01% of students qualified for free or reduced-price lunch in 2023–2024. The school ranked 632nd of 795 Ohio high schools in 2025–2026 (21st percentile, 1 star), down from 559th of 855 (35th percentile, 2 stars) a year earlier, and its district ranked 657th of 773 Ohio districts (15th percentile, 1 star).

Graduation is Finneytown's clearest strength: 96.4% in 2025–2026, third-highest among nearby schools behind St Bernard-Elmwood Place Junior/Senior High School (98.6%) and Wyoming High School (99.3%), and ahead of Northwest High School (95.6%), Mt Healthy High School (91.4%), Winton Woods High School (89.5%) and Woodward Career Technical High School (82.8%). Chronic absenteeism (36.0%) is likewise lower than at most of those schools, though above the district average of 26.0%. St Bernard-Elmwood Place, a similar but smaller 7–12 school, posts stronger proficiency in many subjects. American Government (71.1%) is essentially at the state average (71.6%), and English II (56.0%) and Algebra I (53.4%) are among the better nearby results, though still below state.

Seventh-grade math was 9.3% versus a state average of 48.6%, with Geometry at 22.9%, Biology at 42.5% and 8th-grade Science at 36.6%. Results also swing widely from subject to subject and year to year. Subgroup rankings show Special Education students at the 56th percentile, above the school's overall 21st percentile, while low-SES students (24th) and male and female students (19th each) ranked lower. With a student-teacher ratio of 15 and per-student spending of $9,362 (2018–2019), Finneytown is not a high-spending outlier.
