Class of 2014, headed to graduate school to pursue an Ed.S. in School Psychology in the fall! I loved East Mecklenburg and the environment and opportunity it provided! Principal Parker is a fantastic principal who genuinely cares about his students and school. They even made a t-shirt with his face on it, they love him so much!! GO EAGLES! Close Quote

This is a very mismanaged school because of the horrid principal. He only cares about his own image with the district and treats teachers who advocate for themselves like complete garbage. The behavior of the students is terrible, and the academics very weak. Do not send your child there. Close Quote
