By teachers are principle !!!!!!
Students suffer in silence not wanting bullying get worse .
Knowing no one at school will help .
Also superintendent for elementary level uncaring .
Doesn't give ok for students transfer to other schools .
Several parents have taken their children out of Rural Hall Elem. No support for their child being bullied. Close Quote
