Two Rivers High School is a public high school in Mendota Heights, MN, serving grades 9–12 with 1,710 students in the West St. Paul-Mendota Heights-Eagan district. It has recently ranked in the top third of Minnesota high schools, but slipped to 153rd of 473 (68th percentile, 3 stars) in 2025–2026, down from 121st of 450 in 2024–2025 and a peak of 83rd of 472 in 2021–2022. It is much larger than nearby alternatives: Nova Classical Academy Upper School has 556 students and Humboldt High School has 955, while S St. Paul Community Learning Cntr., 917 DCALS North, Branch Out Transitional Services, Aspen House Education Program, and Academic Arts High School are small alternative or specialized programs.

Science is Two Rivers’ clearest academic strength: all-grade science proficiency was 32.4% in 2025–2026, above the district’s 25.3% and state’s 25.5%, and it has generally exceeded district and state.
