Open Quote This is the worst district for special needs. The special needs department is only concerned about saving money. It doesn’t matter if you have a diagnosis or testing from hospitals. Special needs department in Dartmouth has a horrible reputation. Your child will not get the supports here. You will need an attorney Close Quote
