Summary

Eisenhower Elementary serves pre-K through grade 5 and enrolls 277 students in Wellington, Kansas. Its 2025–26 results show a clear contrast: ELA and science proficiency were above state and district results, but math was well below the state average and has declined over time. Fourth-grade math is the school’s most urgent academic concern: 15% of students were proficient, compared with 44% statewide and 29% districtwide.

Compared with the Wellington district, the school was 13 percentage points higher in ELA, 1 point higher in math, and 16 points higher in science. One positive subgroup result: SchoolDigger placed students from lower socioeconomic backgrounds at the 65th percentile in 2025–26, well above the school’s overall 34th-percentile ranking, though below that subgroup’s 71st-percentile result the prior year.
