Delphi Community Middle School is a 289-student school serving grades 6–8 in the small Carroll County town of Delphi, Indiana, and it is the only middle school in the Delphi Community School Corp.

The school's story over the past decade is one of steady decline. It ranked 264th of 486 Indiana middle schools in 2025-26 — 46th percentile, 2 stars — down from a peak of 66th percentile and 3 stars in 2020-21, a slide of roughly 20 percentile points that began before the pandemic and has only recently flattened. There are real strengths to build on: chronic absenteeism was just 2.6%, the lowest of any school in its comparison group and far below the state's 16.7%, and class sizes are small at 12.9:1.
