Was headed up now dropping like it was few years back new influx of students got it up to a 9 same teachers that were at the 3 prior now have managed to fall behind. Needs overhaul in teachers bring in some from highly recognized Mabry, Milton. And Decatur to lead new direction that could easily be a 9 has the best student make up in area. Principal great. Some cleaning out and catch upto other middle schools before it is to late. Close Quote

I have known many community members with students at CMS, and all their opinions have been overwhelmingly positive. This school is a great asset to the community. The students, parents, and staff are always involved in the community and giving back. Someone us doing something right. Great school! Close Quote

My son is in his first year at CMS and he is in the Gifted program. We are underwhelmed. He rarely has any homework and he quickly learned that minimal effort gets straight A's. It's been very disappointing overall since he always liked school until he got to CMS. Close Quote
