This Montessori school is supported by an exceptional leadership team that truly reflects the values and philosophy of Maria Montessori. The Elementary Director is an outstanding natural-born leader whose professionalism, intelligence, organizational ability, and dedication are truly remarkable. She creates a respectful, student-centered environment that promotes independence, collaboration, responsibility, and academic excellence.

One of her greatest strengths is her ability to guide and realign faculty members through thoughtful communication, restorative conversations, and strong professional leadership. She maintains high standards while fostering a positive, supportive, and collaborative school culture.

Her ability to identify talented educators and build strong leadership teams, especially within the bilingual and Kindergarten programs, is exceptional.
