Vista High is a public school in Vista, California, serving grades 9–12 and 1,746 students in the Vista Unified community. Its clearest academic concern is mathematics: in 2025–26, 15% of students were proficient, compared with 38% statewide, 34% in the district and a 30% average among nearby schools with results.

The school’s strongest comparison is all-grades English language arts (ELA): 56% were proficient in 2025–26, 7 percentage points above the state and 11 above the district, and above the nearby-school average of 47%. Graduation is another bright spot: the 93% rate was 5 points above the state and 18 above the district.
