Summary

Tamarisk Elementary serves 664 students in kindergarten through fifth grade in Palmdale, within the Palmdale Elementary district. In 2025–2026, 12% of students were proficient in English language arts (ELA), 8% in math, and 8% in science. These results were well below district and state levels, making the school’s low performance across all three tested subjects the most important concern for families.
