Hillview Crest Elementary is a K–5 school in Hayward serving 420 students in New Haven Unified. Its all-grade 2025–26 results were below state and district rates in English language arts (ELA), math, and science. The clearest concern is fourth-grade math: 24% of students were proficient, compared with 40% in third grade and 30% in fifth grade.
