Summary

Two Rivers Elementary is a K–5 school in Sacramento’s Natomas area, part of Natomas Unified, with 612 students. The clearest concern is that results dropped across all three tested subjects in 2025–26, while chronic absenteeism rose: proficiency fell 11 points in ELA, 8 points in math and 6 points in science from the prior year, and chronic absenteeism reached 26%.

Even after that setback, the school compares well with nearby schools: among eight with reported 2025–26 all-grades results, it ranked second in ELA, math and science, and exceeded their averages by 11, 15 and 13 points, respectively. Its results were 34% in ELA, 34% in math and 29% in science. Math was strongest against local and broader benchmarks: it was 3 points above the district, though 4 points below the state.
