Pomeroy Elementary School serves students in prekindergarten through sixth grade in Chandler, Arizona, and enrolls 512 students—close to the average enrollment of 518 at 10 nearby schools. In 2025–2026, 33% of students were proficient in English language arts (ELA) and 23% in mathematics, compared with 41% and 33% statewide. The most important finding is that Pomeroy’s results are low in both subjects: among seven nearby schools serving through sixth grade, it ranked second-lowest in ELA and mathematics, ahead only of Vector Prep and Arts Academy.

They offer a pre-k summer class before kids start kindergarten. It was instrumental for my daughter and ended any anxiety before starting kindergarten. She also learned about the school beforehand and met the Principal. The teachers are great. Close Quote

Pomeroy Elementary is a wonderful school. Both my sons attend Pomeroy and the sense of community and positive energy the school has is remarkable.
