In Prescott Valley, Arizona, Mountain View Elementary School serves 376 students in prekindergarten through grade 6 as part of the Humboldt Unified District. Its clearest concern is English language arts (ELA): in 2025–26, 32% of students were proficient, compared with 41% statewide and 43% districtwide.

ELA is also where Mountain View stands out most weakly against nearby schools: it had the second-lowest all-grades result among 11 schools with data, and only Lake Valley Elementary School scored lower.
