Open Quote We left the school a couple of years ago. Our oldest attended K-6th but we moved our others out. Teachers are great but kids who excel at certain skills will never achieve their full potential because the resources are focused on catching up the lowest level learners in the classroom. Kids did not learn much and complained daily that the teacher spent much of the day just trying to wrangle the classroom and that it was hard to accomplish anything due to the distractions. Kids with behavioral issues were rewarded with lunch and ice cream with the principal for “being good” and that was our last straw. This is a great school if your child needs extra help to catch up because they focus on that. If your child is an average to accelerated learner get them a better environment to learn to their full potential. There are far better options within a mile radius of the neighborhood.
