Open Quote Klatt is lacking in opportunities for the gifted students. Too much of the funding has been filtered towards the disadvantaged students. Not very many options available to encourage academic excellence in students. Close Quote

Open Quote Klatt school is an excellent school with top notch teachers. The teachers really care for their students, as evidenced by the longevity of staff tenure. Students get along well. There are many bilingual students, who are supported by a great bilingual department. The PTA, though not big, is strong and supportive. I would encourage any parent to check out the school! About Student-Teacher Ratio
Student/teacher ratio is calculated by dividing the total number of students by the total number of full-time equivalent teachers. Please note that a smaller student/teacher ratio does not necessarily translate to smaller class size. In some instances, schools hire teachers part time, and some teachers are hired for specialized instruction with very small class sizes. These and other factors contribute to the student/teacher ratio. Note: For private schools, Student/teacher ratio may not include Pre-Kindergarten.
