Open Quote The district continues to send my family proposals for free lunch and reduced lunch which we would never use because we don't need it and because the program is unsafe as a whole- The judicial system and county and schools ultimately harms families if families use those programs- Secondly, my family grows organic food and purchases organic food to eat- We have several chefs in our family and know good quality food- Secondly. a science teacher at this school uses classtime and parent back to school time to tell students and children what his financial situation is, what neighborhood of lake oswego he lives in, where his wife works, what students he likes and dislikes when naming his children, he uses his classtime to say disparaging comments to me while in the hallway , "that my student will not be successful around here", The science Teacher uses back to school class time to state where his children will go to school, and that he is , "Ok" that a student in his class use private body parts mispelled as an answer to fit into his thinking excercise that has a three letter word requirement( My student did NOT use private body parts nor mispell them to make them fit into the thinking excercise)- The science teacher at this school also did not work with my student providing her feedback on appropriate science learning when she went to him to gain learning feedback on two assignments- The male science teacher left my daughter 1 st period science class unattended for .25 hours without a learning plan and no back up plan and no teacher teaching the class- Later The science teacher made a disparaging comment on my students report card that stated that , " Missing" assignments that she attempoted to turn in and get feedback but was denied access to gain feedback and denied access to turn them in ---affected her learning- The district continues to send disturbing content to our home pertaining to a show called 13 reasons why( Which we do NOT watch) - The district is encouraging families to call each other up to coordinate a party with parents and pre-adolescents and adolescents to watch 13 reasons why ( A show about a boy whom committs suicide and why) - As a psychology major, and a good teacher and mother myself I do NOT expose children or adults to disturbing content such as the district is encouraging families to do- Developing adolesecents do NOT need to be exposed to unhealthy thoughts and ideas of suicide, NOR do adults- In my familiy we only develop health nuerotransmitter development and a healthy lifestyle- I am also a health manager( BSHMHA Degree)- The principal will not tell me how he has taken action on the science teacher who watses his time in class, NOT teaching science on many occassions in the class and uses disparage throughout his classtime, reports, and teachings- The principal did not remove the teacher, nor get the class an appropriate teacher- The school staff did not treat my daughters hand properly when a boy running back wards in the cafeteria spilled her soup on her hand causing first and second degree burns- The staff gave her ice which is not the reccommended treatment for a burn, they did NOT call me NOR did they exucse her from classes- They gave her an unsatisfying peanut butter and jelly sandwhich which did not satisfy her in any capacity and sent her to class- Close Quote
