Open Quote Be prepared to spend all of your time helping your child. While there are a few teachers who will stay late and help, there are several who are out the door the second classes are out. The standards are high and that is fantastic, however if your child came from Toledo Public they have probably received little instruction on how to properly take notes or proper study skills. There is no introduction period for the incoming students so they are immediately overwhelmed. They tell you that they mix the sophomores and freshman together so they can help the younger kids but other than how the school itself works the upperclassmen can offer little help with subjects.
