Ixonia Elementary is a PK–4 school serving 256 students in the small town of Ixonia, Wisconsin, part of the high-performing Oconomowoc Area School District. The school is rated 4 stars for 2025–26 and ranks 307th of 1,039 Wisconsin elementary schools (70th percentile) — solidly above the state median, though below the district's overall standing of 36th of 432 districts.

Attendance is the standout strength. Chronic absenteeism was 3.5% in 2024–25, far below the district's 11.5% and the state's 17.3%, and the lowest among nearby schools — the next closest same-district school, Greenland Elementary, was 4.1%, while nearby Watertown schools ranged from 7.2% to 12.8%. In 2025–26, Ixonia scored above the state in every tested subject and grade but below the district in all of them.
